"I first saw the MSFC at Port Fairy in 2003 when I was 13. A symphony for the senses, this bright-eyed teenager wanted in.The big sound of the fiddles, the rich chords of the backline. I wanted to learn all the tunes.
"Soon enough I did - so many great tunes! But I had no idea about the life-long friends I would make, the broader 'fiddle mafia' community of great musicians and lovely people all over the country. The gigs, the dances, the tours, the recordings. That's what you're hearing on this album. All those years. All those great people and great musicians who have been part of the club. I'm so proud to be a part of it all, and I hope you enjoy taking it all in.
